Thank you for choosing Umami Before proceeding with your purchase, please review our terms and conditions carefully.

**1. Payment:**
All orders must be paid in full before products are dispatched. We will only send products once payment has been received. If payment is made late, delivery will be scheduled at our earliest convenience.

**2. Delivery:**
We strive to deliver within a reasonable time frame. However, delivery is subject to the client’s location falling within our designated delivery areas. We are not liable for products that are not collected or delivered due to the client’s location being outside our delivery range.

**3. Client Availability:**
It is the responsibility of the client to be available to receive the products at the agreed-upon time. We will not be liable for products that are not picked up or delivered when the client is unavailable or unable to receive them within the arranged timeframe.

**4. Refund and Return Policy:**
We take pride in the quality of our products. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Refunds or returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

**5. Non-Collection Disclaimer:**
Umami is not liable for products that are not collected. Once an order is placed, it is the responsibility of the client to ensure timely collection if applicable. Failure to collect products within the specified timeframe will not warrant a refund or return.
